TERMS & CONDITIONS

Entries open 27 December 2022 and close 25 January 2023. Competition is open to entrants who live in Australia and are over 18 years old. Entrants under 18 years of age must seek permission from parent or legal guardian to enter. Management, suppliers, associates and employees of Paint Place and their immediate families are unable to enter this competition.

 

Winners will be notified via the social media platform that they used to enter. Unresponsive winners after 5 business days will result in the forfeit of the prize. Prize pool consists of 4 x $100 Paint Place gift vouchers. Once winner has selected store to purchase from, the gift voucher is non-transferable to another Paint Place store. Gift voucher is also non-transferable or redeemable for cash. Vouchers that are unused expire after one year.

 

Images submitted for promotion must have the permission of all individuals within the photo and own the copyright of the image itself. Entrants agree that Paint Place has their consent to use and modify the image submitted for the purpose of promoting Paint Place without payment or compensation.
